THE PRINCE ABBOT OF SABOURG OFFICIALLY RECEIVED BY THE PRIME MINISTER OF GUINEA CONAKRY

On 22 January, the Pricipe-Abate of Sabourg Giovanni Luca was officially received by H.E. Amadou Oury BAH Prime Minister Head of the Government of Guinea Conakry.
The purpose of the meeting was to establish official relations between the two states on various fronts in order to establish bilateral international cooperation.
Prince-Abate expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister H.E. Amadou Oury BAH for the important meeting that took place in Conakry: ‘There was a strong understanding on both sides, which will certainly allow synergetic and relevant projects with Guinea to be set up with the support of the Principality of Sabourg.
Following this, the Prince of Sabourg was received by the Prime Minister’s Cabinet Director Minister Mohamed Lamine Sy Savanè. Then by the Minister of Urban Planning and Territorial Development Mory Conde and finally he met the Minister of International Cooperation Planning M. Ismael Nabe.
The Prime Minister was decorated Grand Officer of the Order of the Crown by Prince John Luke and the above-mentioned Ministers decorated with the rank of Knight.
The Prince-Abate paid a courtesy visit to the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Conakry H.E. Mgr. Vincent Coulibaly and then to the Grand Mosque of Conakry to be received by the Council of Imams, who gave the Prince of Sabourg the Koran as a symbol of religious brotherhood.
The official mission to Guinea Conakry culminated with an official visit to the President of the National Transitional Council H.E. Dr. Dansa Kouoma and his advisors.
The NTC President presented the Prince-Abate with a copy of their Constitution, which will be adopted shortly.
The Ruler of Sabourg says: ‘This is a great privilege that confirms the futuristic vision that places the Principality of Sabourg as a strategic partner for economic development, international cooperation and religious interaction on the African continent.
